My recent personal research found some old time solutions for skin, & fractures to try out. I have chosen to rub into my daily routines for skin, fractures & bones In asking around from other childhood memories and personal experiences I have gained great connection in history and community.
Its time to put on the hot tea, pull out the old reference books, eat from the legacy of ones wisdom shared from grandmas & grandparent with values on all kind of topics. The day when gardens held family dinner and heart nutrition for community and soul....a slower kindness & hospitality. I do not know of others, but I miss the pace to seek out a gentle atmosphere from another time. We all have favorite menu items that more then qualify for this essential mineral in regular daily consumption of Iron. Raw spinach salad, crab, quinoa, blackstrap molasses, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, almonds, almond butter, include banana for potassium, salmon for Omega-3, a healthful journey for sure.
