But what if you prep "spa or detox water" as you run errands to and from work...now that's luxurious and certainly brings benefits of investing in special effort on your part! In traveling around the state of Washington always looking for the lovely fresh fruits and berries in delicious for ice water add.. and yes I definitely eat them at the bottom of the cup for an extra boost of nutrition.
