My research led me to many personal reflections as I was preparing to close out year 2024 , renewed and rested to embrace new incoming 2025
My solo flight plan months in advance to embrace a settled moment in snow covered mountains, walkways, fireplace & the sound of piano music to rest, reflect, in solitude, prayer discernment & guidance. I discovered the following suggestions for a rare opportunity. Taking these details into the overall plan already gives me a sense of rest, restoration, clarity, calm & confidence. Tune in to your inner voice to follow the shifts needed to each calendar time period. The dark moon is our time for radical rest, for deep clearing & releasing, turning within. This is the time to cancel plans, do shadow work, go to sleep early & wake up late. What does the Dark Moon or void moon do? The final period of lunar waning before the New Moon takes to the sky, marking a time of respite, retreat, dissolution & discernment. The dark moon is the pause where we assimilate everything we experience in the closing moon cycle. It is where the real growth occurs. This is where the wisdom of the ending cycle settles into our souls & our spirits. It helps us drop our defenses & feel more deeply. This led me to study moon itself even more, in the spiritual thoughts.. As one description listed, the moon symbolizes Jesus, Son of God, The sun is symbolic of the Father God, the earth symbolic of mortal human beings. Each thought brings more questions & reflections. To my thinking this is limiting...The universe reflects a creative organizer, whether we limit the perspective from our understanding & perspective that may skew Gods intention whose is far abundant, enormous beyond what we can imagine. Questions breed more thoughts, & more questions. I found this interesting quote by a family member & friend, "The quality of your life can be determined by the quality of your questions...." So now I process....

We really do not walk in another ones shoes, our own certainly filled with enough challenge .. but how do we relate with others? Do we do with kindness or arrogance? It is time to stop and reflect on a grateful heart for the gifts and abilities we have been given. We are surrounded by many who struggle physically, mentally, emotionally, what atmosphere surrounds the space we occupy? Do we care enough to realize others may have a journey so completely different? As we navigate each day, do we give off a caring & kind vibe? Or one of impatience, critical, superior, ego, chaos, or peaceful, with smiles to share? Our body may be very healthy or we may experience our own set of hurdles to overcome. I realize all walks will never be the same, each & every day is an opportunity to breathe in a grateful spirit, we never know what those eyes near us are reflecting without our knowledge. We may observe Hidden Handicaps all around us, a few may include..
I choose to BE Grateful for any & all body parts that works well or hopeful towards healing of the parts despite what may have been lost, Life is Forward! I will recognize how I am Blessed Beyond Measure , surrounded by continuous Moment Miracles. For some this is so intimate & real.. My personal prayer toward believing Jesus, Gods Son, one who heals the sick, lame & more. I reach out to find & touch the hem of your garment (Matthew 9:20,21) moving forward, still, down low, unnoticed, hopeful despite helpless at times, yet the will to survive, definitely in weakness.. but prayerfully calling out for Your Joy, Your Strength, Your Power, your Light & your Healing power to surround my heart and those around. How do we respond, to see, to watch, to walk, what role do I play? As I learn the benefits of soaking almonds to increase better digestion, greater nutrition & health interest joined in my world. It begins with that overnight soak, and then adding herbs & orange juice, a slow bake @ 200 degrees, lightly sprinkled with cane sugar, serve as a holiday snack.
