1 lb Dry White Beans Garlic Cloves 6-8# Olive Oil Lemon Juice Immunity Blend Himalayan Sea Salt Menudo Mix Italian Blend Fully covered 1.5 inch from the lid in a rice cooker. This cooking process is approximately 2.5 hours, avoiding overnight soak and quicker results. The beans should be soft and slightly damp. Garlic cloves need thin skins removed. Place in blender half full , add 6-8 fresh garlic cloves. Blend with 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 mounded teas Immunity Blend Mix, 1 heaping teas Himalayan Sea Salt, 1 teas dry Menudo Mix.
