This week has been learning all about the natural alternative remedies for a healthy gallbladder. This journey set in motion by the emergent need of a friend. I discovered many recipes to address this topic, including use of Apple Cider Vinegar, Epsom salts and more.

My first question was, lecithin? Don't we usually find combined as in "Soy Lecithin", an ingredient to be avoided? As I questioned and studied, I saw the differences found from the sunflower source.
